Britain’s Got Talent winners, gymnast troupe Spellbound, celebrated their victory by firing off some paintballs at their local paintball venue Go Ballistic Bricketwood, just north of the capital. Bricketwood is the largest and busiest paintball site in the South East of England and the most popular paintball site serving London.
The Middlesex group, which won the top prize of £100,000 and the chance to perform in front of the Queen at the Royal Variety Performance, certainly would not have lacked the agility to avoid paintballs. Britain’s Got Talent judge Simon Cowell described Spellbound’s highly physical circus-like act as one of the ‘most astonishing’ things he has ever seen on British television.
